We do not facilitate transactions, employment, or investment deals between users and the listed startups.

3. Startup Submission and Verification

  • Founders or representatives must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the submission process.
  • We reserve the right to reject, edit, or remove any submission that does not align with our quality standards or relevance (e.g., non-marketing startups, vaporware, or offensive content) without prior notice.
  • We are not responsible for verifying the absolute accuracy of claims made by the startups listed, though we conduct a manual review to maintain platform integrity.

4. User Obligations and Conduct

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You are prohibited from:

  • Scraping, mining, or harvesting data from the platform for commercial purposes without written consent.
  • Attempting to interfere with the proper functioning of the site or bypassing security measures.
  • Submitting false, abusive, or misleading information through our forms.

5. Intellectual Property

The platform's design, UI, code, and original editorial content are the exclusive property of Krypteamvib Digital SIA. Startup logos, trademarks, and descriptive text remain the intellectual property of their respective owners and are used here purely for directory, identification, and promotional purposes.

Our Service contains links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by Krypteamvib. We assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Latvia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these terms will be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Riga, Latvia.
